Podenco und Galgo

Zwei neue kleine Portraits sind entstanden: Ein Galgo auf einer 4 mm dicken HDF-Malplatte und einen Podenco auf einem 3 cm dicken MDF-Block.

I painted two new portraits: a galgo on a 4 mm board and a podenco on a 3 cm thick wooden block.

Windspiele bei Stoffn

Wie kann man Bilder auf Malplatte schön präsentieren?
Natürlich geht es in einem normalen Bilderrahmen.
Oder man zeigt seine Sammlung auf einem schmalen  Holzregal:

How can you present paintings that are painted on boards?
Of course you can put them into a normal frame.
Or you show your collection on a wodden shelf:

Eine andere Möglichkeit ist es, das Bild in einen Holzkörper einzusetzen, daß es fast frei schwebend wirkt.

Another option is, to put the painting into a wodden "box", so that the painting looks like floating in it.

Diesmal sind es keine Windhunde, sondern zwei Pferde: Chantal und Lümmel. Die Pferde meines Neffen und seiner Frau.

This time, I painted no sighthounds but two horses: Chantal and Lümmel. The horses of my nephew and his wife.
